Paying attention to mood is vitally important to staying motivated. StrivePD make it easy to track how you’re feeling, whether occasionally, every day, or every few hours.
Instructions
On the My Day screen, tap on the “Mood” box.
Select the mood and energy level that represents how you’re feeling.
Take a moment to reflect and add a note here.
Goals
To remind yourself of a simple activity, or to engage in new activities, setting goals can be very helpful.
Instructions
Tap on goals, select a built-in goal, or select “Add a custom goal,” write and save. To delete a goal, swipe to the left, then tap on the pen to edit, or the trash bin to delete.
